Big client seeking pro-active, entrepreneurial PR agency

Greetings:

One of my clients is seeking a very particular kind of PR firm and I
told them I would help them out.

The client is a national-gone-international brand, growing by leaps
and bounds. When you grow like that, the LAST thing you need is a
"corporate" PR agency. You need tactically-driven tigers.

Despite their success, this client has NOT lost its entrepreneurial
hunger. They're looking for a PR agency with that hungry,
entrepreneurial fit to help with a major product launch that's
happening in the next 90 or 120 days. If that project works out,
there's a long term probability. So you not only get a name brand
client, you get paid the going rate. Perfect situation, eh?

These folks are not afraid of working with smaller shops. They have
no problem with out of state shops. They're techno-savvy and very
good, quality people. Their expectations will be high -- but so are
yours.

Now, before you respond, know this:

If you're small or solo, please don't respond unless you're
absolutely positive that you can expand to meet their needs without
dropping the ball.

It helps if you have experience in the home entertainment or home
technology category.

If you choose to respond, please respond to me using this e-mail link:

Please don't send me a long, fluffy, generic proposal. You can do
that dog and pony when you pitch the client. Keep it short and
complete. In fact, just cut and paste these questions into your
e-mail and clack out the answers:

1. Based on the above, why is your agency the right fit?
2. What is/are your rate structure(s)?
3. Who would service the account?
4. Cite the case study from your agency that I can showcase to prove
you're the one.

Make sure I have all you contact info, too.

We're looking to do this properly -- and quickly. So please respond
by end of day, Sunday, January, 21, 2007.

Thanks to you all,
--
