Hi Robert,

Very interesting question. CPM rates always remains a big question. Frankly
speaking there are no fixed CPM rates for banner ads online , but it depends
on site to site and the banner sizes and positioning of those banners.

As per my expirience, if it is targeting and a financial client the CPM has
to be somewhere between $8-12 cpm and if it is in stream pre- rolls than
$25 - 40 cpm. Last week I did a campaign on our portal www.rajshri.com for a
financial client (ICICI Lombard) targeting all Indian outside India and we
charged $25 cpm for the pre-rolls. we delivered 17,000 clicks within a week
and the ctr was 2.3%.
