Monetizing a site with video ads

Hi My name is William D'souza Vice President -Sales at Rajshri Media (P)
Limited. Our Broadband portal www.rajshri.com has a huge traffic coming from
US, Canada and UK almost 80%. How do I monetize this with video ads
pre-rolls and post rolls. we have got some pre-rolls and post-rolls from an
agency Valueclick Media. Does any one know who would like to buy video ads
inventory globally or country wise? Please do let me know.
