Credit card processing

I run a website for the British rock band Procol Harum

We have for several years had a webshop on the site, selling fans
merchandise (t-shirts, CD's etc) and occasionally tickets for concerts.

Right now we are promoting the band's 40th anniversary, to be held this
summer, and selling tickets for this event. Sales have been very good. So
good in fact that PayPal (who we use for credit card processing) have
noticed un-normal behaviour, and decided we run a 'risky business' and they
have stopped our account and frozen our money for 180 days!

So we badly need a new credit card processing partner. And one we can have
up and running in a few days.

I should add that we are based in Europe (UK and Norway), which rules out
some of the companies requiring US merchant accounts. And that we would like
to avoid high monthly fees, as our monthly sales usually is not very high.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
