Great. Now Whiter Shade of Pale will play over and over in my mind for the next
couple hours.
Seriously though, that's a potentially crippling situation to a smaller internet
publisher like myself.
I tried PayPal and didn't get any takers so, we're cheques (checks to my American
friends) only for advertising which is all local anyway.
However, the fact that PayPal can unilaterally impose such a heavy handed action
on someone else's receivables, by using their own definition of "un-normal
behaviour" as justified cause, will scare me off them for good now. Thanks for
the warning.
