I signed-up to use Paypal thry my web site awhile ago, so I may have my
info scrambled... or perhaps I read this in another discussion list,
BUT...
I think if you anticipate abnormal (for you) sales, you can contact
PayPal to let them know and you account won't be flagged.

I'm quite sure it's more involved than that and a pain in the butt,
but...
This won't help the current situation but may help someone else in the
future.

(I'm full of 'butt's this morning!)
