Hello, my name is Bill O'Connor, and I'm the Managing Editor of CyberAtlas,
a Web site publication that offers information about marketing on the Web.

Since I'm new to the list, I thought I'd ask a general question: where do
people get their data about the Web and the Net, i.e., how many people are
online, how much advertising is being done, how much commerce is being
done, etc.? I'm interested to know because I'm always looking for new
sources for this scarce data.
