Peter Gugerell has a listing of reporter's email addresses at:
http://www.ping.at/gugerell/media/
Don't know how accurate it is, though.

What I have done is invest some time in reading the mastheads of online
publications. They usually contain email addresses of reporters. Here are
some sources:

newslink
http://www.newslink.org/menu.html
Newslink is a pretty good listing of online newspapers.

Top 100 Computer Mags
http://www.internetvalley.com/top100mag.html

An online magazines listing
http://www.abc.hu/unix/magazines.html

Also, you may want to invest in Bacon's Media Directory. It is a major source
used by traditional PR professionals to locate publications and reporters.
It is about
$300 dollars per volume (one for newspaper, one for magazines, one for
radio&tv), but it is worth it. The new addition has started listing email
addresses and web sites of publications, but not reporters. But you could
still use it to find street addresses and send your releases by ground to
the publications. You can call Bacon's at: 312.922.2400.
