We've FINALLY come up with on online advertising business plan & rate card,
but now we're wondering what legalese we need to add under our "terms &
conditions." We're a print publisher, so we know the standard stuff from
print about reserving the right to reject ads that don't fit our standards,
etc., but it seems there are special situations that only come up on the
Web (i.e., what if our server is busy & rejects someone?) that we need to
protect ourselves against? Has anyone faced this problem & come up with a
list of caveats and whatnot that seem to pretty well cover you from
liability should something unavoidable happen to prevent the delivery of an
online ad?
