Greetings all!

I am a new subscriber who found my way to you from the old IMD list ( I was
on extended vacation when the transition happened!) I am thrilled that the
discussion lives on ....

And now my question to the group. I understand that it is not appropriate to
post job opportunities in this discussion list. So, I thought I would ask
for suggestions as to how one would go about recruiting an Advertising
Director position for a web-based company online? Or for that matter, any
marketing or advertising position.

My initial thinking is the huge job boards are not a good fit because they
seem to be more technically oriented. Does anyone know of a place
specifically designed for marketing and advertising job listings online?
