Our guideline reads as follows:

A position for an Advertising Director position for a web-based company
would be "exceptionally on topic," so go ahead and send it, but please keep
it succinct (a paragraph or two).

If you are looking for a new web graphic artist that would be a different
story and we would not forward the post, but given the position you are
filling I can't imagine a better forum than this list. If the number of
job postings should get out of hand, we might change our mind on this, but
for the time being I'd suggest you go for it.
