I've been charging $50 per week. Most orders have been for multiple weeks
on several pages within the site. So for a 4 week ad flight, I would run
the banner 1 week on the 6,000+ per week page, then 1 on a 1,500, back on
the 6,000+ and end on a different 1,500. This gives over 15,000 views for
$200 or about $13/1000
