I'm looking for some coaching and suggestions concerning whether I could
reasonably expect sell advertising spots at the top of a small (2,800
subscribers) mail list which goes out daily.

The demographic are broad... people who like generally positive, crisp
quotations. My list (it' called Inspire, see at
http://www.infoadvn.com/inspire/) sends a short quotation to the subscribers
once each day of the week. It's free. I've not attempted to survey the
subscribers as to age, sex, income, location, computer equipment, or the like.

If there are advertisers who would value being exposed to this list (say once
per week for 4 weeks), does anyone have any suggestions where I might find the
advertisers? Does $10 per issue seem like a reasonable rate for this amount
of exposure?
