I am currently analyzing the effectiveness of different Internet related
trade shows. I have spent the last month gathering information from web
sites, news stories and from show organizers on the following shows:
Canadian Internet Show
FEDnet
I2
ICE
iEC
Internet Expo Web World Email World, etc.
Internet World International (London)
One Ispcon
Online Expo '96
PC Expo Web.X
Spring and Fall Internet World
Symposium/ITxexpo 96
T3 IMA Expo

I believe that the shows are now in a transitional phase both for the
exhibitors and attendees.

I now have a lot of data (numbers and such) but don't have good general
impressions from those who attended as endusers and exhibitors.

I am looking for things like: how was the booth traffic, were the attendees
good prospects, was there good press attendence , was the exhibit
well-organized, where the conference session worthwhile, would you do it
again and generallywhat was the show buzz?. What did you like what did'nt
you like ( No bashing please)

I will be happy to share the my thoughts if this topic is of any interest to
the group.
