Yes - I thought the Pathfinder was the best-looking SUV. I went to
their website (http://www.nissanmotors.com/pathfinder/) to justify a
purchase of this vehicle. Needed shockwave and Quicktime and Quicktime
VR (I'm avoiding QT since I've heard it can play havoc with your system,
and my system can NOT be down just so I can get a comparison of cars.
Once again, the user/viewer is forced to work very hard to see the
advertising agency/web developer's genius. I feel the genius is in
making it EASY for me to see why I should buy your car.

BTW, IMHO the current Nissan commercials are very offputting - I wanted
to go "on safari (through New York <g>) in a Pathfinder, just like I
wanted to see a comparison of SUVs on their website. But I'm looking at
a Rodeo now. There are those who like "image" advertising and "cool
tricks" that you need special equipment for, and those who prefer more
practical, benefit oriented advertising that *helps* you make a decision
in favor of the product. I'm not going into debt for the next three
years for an image, and I'm not downloading several pieces of software
and configuring them so I can see how clever a developer can be.
