Would anybody not? :-) OK, lots of people wouldn't, but lots of people yse
"blink" so I'd expect to see lots of video, for better or worse.

Sure. You'd want this to be as easy as calling a .gif or .jpg image.

Valuable to the advertisor -- as a way to judge the quality of his creative.

This is the second time in as many days that I've read about streaming
technology (ala RealAudio) applied to video standard phone lines. If we're
talking less than 24 frames per sec, it will have minimal appeal to most
major advertisers (my opinion) but full motion would certainly appeal.
