Hear Hear!!!!!!

The realistic problem that advertising faces is entirely subjective... one
can say that a direct mail response that generates 3% is good, one that
generates 10% is great.... the real *hope* that I see in the internet is
in it's ability to address the needs of the other 90 or so percent...

Now if we can just hire a customer service rep for each person on the
internet, we'll be just fine :)
