Yes, as mentioned in another reply here, I'm considering that. I would try
any usenet groups for Windows users, AOL Windows-based forums, CompuServe
WINUTIL forum, possibly mailing lists, etc. Unfortunately this takes some
work
(even with an automated program to extract them), and results in a "small"
number of names. If I could find a list of a few million names of Windows
users (better if it was specific to which version of Windows), then I would
be
very happy. Otherwise I'm only reaching a very small percentage of my
target market that's possible. If I use a list where 50% or more are the
correct target, is that considered spamming? I know that more than 50%
of my junk paper mail (and E-mail) is mis-targeted (in my opinion <g>).

Well, unfortunately I only have one product right now. That's a good
suggestion,
though, and I may do some quick utility just for a give-away.
