Hello all,

I have a contest on my web site to promote a shareware product.

The contest involves a weekly drawing and the prize is a shareware
collection on CD-ROM. Visitors simply fill out a form online to enter.

I would like to leverage the promotional value of this contest. What
online strategies have other list members used to promoted contests?

I have so far posted to several newsgroups, including the 'free stuff' one
and 'sweepstakes' one and several computing groups, and I've submitted
my site to a few of the 'free stuff' and 'contests' web sites, including
Yahoo.

Any other ideas?
