Hi, I tried your online survey. I was even excited about the chance to
evaluate different banners. But I was so disappointed and I felt cheated
when I realized it was nothing more than a marketing ploy to get me to
read about your services.

That's not to say one should never use that ploy -- we do of course. But
it shouldn't be so blatant and self-serving.In this case, I simply didn't
get enough educational value for my trouble.

Perhaps it would have been more interesting if I was presented with all
the banners on one page, with the ability to click to comments about each
one. It would have also been more interesting if you had used real
banners or imaginary banners -- but not banners about your own company.

Also, the copy was far too heavily sprinkled with examples about your
services. Obviously, if you explain things well and are able to
demonstrate that you understand the different uses of different banner
styles, then take a stronger leadership position than if you try to use
every opportunity to remind the reader that you really really do know
what you're doing and your services are available for hire.

Sorry, but that's the feedback I have for you. Hopefully, you'll take it
as constructive criticism.
