I'm not sure what this means...

Are these sites programmed to automatically open an extra browser window --
without asking the user -- and give the user a window with AT&T's "ads" in
it?

If so, sounds like bad news for the <crash!> RAM-deprived -- and for the
zillions of people who work on dinky monitors with little screen real
estate.

Anyone know what the deal is here, other than the coining of yet another
piece of jargon?
