Liz-

That is an excellent point you made!

I manage the content on the website for Scudder funds of Canada.

Our product is mutual funds and we are specialized in global investing so it is
true that we will not have zillions of viewers to the site but we do get a
steady stream of viewers regularly and that is a reflection of our business.

Sometimes it is difficult to explain this process to others and when and if youa
re required to justify the existence of your site that can become tricky.

But, the ultimate challenge is to have a ongoing communications program with
your "net" group , if you will, such that new products and services, and otehr
value added offers are communicated to them and maybe eventually they will
become customers.

Any ideas or feedback from others on how they are doing this currently for their
online customers?
