I gotta come off the bench for this one.
You've just told your client that it doesn't
matter if there's any paper in the fax machine.
You told them to get an 800# so they could put
it on their letterhead without mentioning the
fact that might actually need to have people
ready to answer the phone.

A Web site is an invitation to communication.
Depending on the level of interest, prospects
are going to pick up the phone or send e-mail.
If your clients aren't ready to handle incoming
e-mail, either tell them to hold off, or convince
them that you can do it for them as a service
like a fulfillment house.
