Yes this is correct under heavy use for the prior version. In my
discussion with the author over the weekend, he tells me they have been
testing it on a site that gets heavy use. This is when they discovered the
problem.

They are currently handling the shortcoming of perl not locking
files. While I haven't checked on Clickables site yet, as of Saturday he
was expecting the version with file locking to be released tomorrow at the
latest.
