Newslink is a pretty good listing of online newspapers. There may be some
Montana papers listed that you can get email addresses from.
Peter Gugerell's listings

A listing of reporter's email addresses. Don't know how accurate it is, though.
Also, you may want to invest in Bacon's Media Directory. It is what
traditional PR people use to locate publications and reporters. It is about
$300 dollars per volume (one for newspaper, one for magazines, one for
radio&tv), but it is worth it. The new addition has started listing email
addresses and web sites of publications, but not reporters. But you could
still use it to find street addresses and send your releases by ground to
the publications. You can call Bacon's at: 312.922.2400.
Also, Eric Ward has an online PR company called Netpost
<http://www.netpost.com/>. I know he has a new email-based press release
distribution service. I think it is $450 per release. I don't know if you
can send it to reporters specific to Montana. Eric has a very good
reputation. I highly recommend his services.
