PR NEWSWIRE is a national wire service designed for businesses wanting to
issue news releases efficiently. They offer local, state regions, regional
and national coverages to all major newspapers, magazines and trade
journals. They will assist in writing or editing the news releases. Many
ad and marketing agencies use them. The last I knew, they was a $100
start-up fee and they billed according to the coverage area, which could be
as low as $48 for a 400-word news release to your area. They have a WWW url
which I cannot remember the address.
