There are a number of companies that sell contact information for travel
agencies. Fax numbers are harder, and I'm not sure about e-mail, but try
these places.

* Ad-Val Communications is a fax broadcaster to the travel industry. I
believe they are based in Detroit these days.
* Todd Travel Promotions, on Long Island, has an in-depth agency database
and probably has agency fax numbers.

There are a number of competitors to these two, but these are a good place to
start.
