Jeff, I visited the site (but didn't bother to read all 26 sections of the
rules and the royalty system). The idea seems clean enough.
I don't know anything else about them but I'm not sure that I would want to
lose control over what ads appear on my site. Pages you authored, so far as
I can imagine, would not generate revenue for you unless you owned the sites/
pages. They would generate revenue for your clients who did. That could give
you a selling point--I can show you how to recoup some of your investment--
but the owner is still faced with the same question: What if I don't like
the ad that appears on my site? Answer: Don't join, because if you do you
lose your freedom of choice.
