At some occasions I had experienced that banners change. Not animations
but change during your visit of that site. Often I visit a search engine
for a particular search but notice an interesting banner on that page.

However first I like to execute my search and follow the result. Then
often when coming back using the [back] button or [go] to come back to
that initial page to follow that interesting banner, it had gone.

It seems that they have invented a turning banner to sell their space
multiple times.

A good idea but not for the advertising company. Therefore any turning
banner should also be followed by a text link underneath it to drag it
into my URL Manager Pro...to follow it later.

Regards
Bruno Bloch
