This raises an issue I've not seen anything about, possibly because I just
haven't been looking in the right places.

I would think most companies would not make the web accessible to
employees. Allowing web access seems an invitation to goof off.

If I'm right, isn't this a major inhibitor of web growth for commercial
purposes?
