Downsized employees

I am curious if anyone on this discussion list knows how to obtain mailing
list information on employees that have been recently downsized. I heard on
National Public Radio that 20% of all downsized employees go into their own
business. I have a great home based business and I would like to tell them
about it. Any help is sincerely appreciated. Please repond by direct
