The rule is that doing mass mailings via e-mail is a no-no. Seems
reasonable. I have an internet account and a compuserve account. My
compuserve account keeps getting mass mailings from people selling mass
mailers, and I just got one from the psychic network or something. Until
this AM I hadn't really gotten anything on my internet account. I just got
a mass mailing from Microsoft about publisher 97.

It seems to me that the stricture against mass advertising mailings is
going to be broken down soon. We could be overwhelmed or we may not be.
The problem is that the cost for me if I chose to do a mass mailing is
about zip. If it is going to be broken down then what should a reasonable
business do?
