There are at least two reputable firms, well funded, doing major email
advertising. These two firms are Freemark and Juno. They offer free
email accounts to anyone who is will accept their advertising. They have
well over 300,000 active accounts between them, and have been in business
for about 10 months or so.

In addition, sponsored lists, such as this one, is another avenue to email
advertising. The web is NOT the only advertising game in town....by far.
