Alta Vista (http://www.altavista.digital.com) can search for
web pages that contain a specific link; for example, to
search for pages with Commonwealth Network banners, you
could search for
link:commonwealth.riddler
or
link:linkexchange

To search for pages that contain LINKS to a particular site
(banner or otherwise) just use (for example):
link:www.ca-probate.com/mwsmith
