Hi Sat, To be sure you get the answer you are looking for, what is it you're
trying to do - buy media or sell media? In other words:

1.) If you need an agency to create a banner ad for you, you want an
advertising agency or creative boutique.

2.) If you want an agency to select and buy the media sites for displaying
your banner ad, you want a media agency (media planning/buying service) such
as mine or you want your advt agency from #1 to do it.

3.) If you want to place your banner ads yourself, then you want media
sellers such as DoubleClick, WebRep, individual sites' sales depts, etc.
