I can't say I know of any resources, including experienced people, for
this. Would this compare to sandwich-board advertising? Or is it more like
"celebrity endorsement", since a mailing list is a more cohesive group
than the general public?
The reason why I ask is that if people perceive it as the latter, you
might a) deserve a higher rate and b) get a little more flak.
