Probably comes out of the "How To" Promotional Guides with emphasis
on the targetted audience
I am in the computer industry & as such find nothing wrong with an
approach "on subject" from a list member - but too much "off topic"
wears a bit thin - someone once said : sharing our space but not our
minds
