This is just a guess, but I'd bet that they would try to eliminate certain
set patterns, so if you had a "popular" ad dispersal network, it would catalog you into
it's deletion database.

Personally, I don't think that the software will catch on, because as soon
as they would mark me I (as an advertising server) could simply change the way my
code looks, keeping the makers of this software hunting. I'd bet it could be
successful in eliminating over half the ads, but it could never reach elimination of
ads, and I think that other rotating items and ads that aren't served from major ad servers
would be affected.

Of course this is my guess on how the software would work, I am not sure
of how they would plan to delete ads from pages. The above would be one method.
