I know that CyberGold the "pay back" advertising model on the net is doing
that where there is an interactive middle page that requires action in order
to receive the coin. But I have not seen an interactive middle page on a
'just for fun' site, the reason it works on CyberGold is it is the only way
the audience can actually receive the coin.
Also, HotMail had mentioned they were going to get creative with there middle
pages but I have not followed up to check that out.
