Dear Craig & Ken,

You may or may not be interested in a site that I know about which is run
from here in Melbourne. It's done by a company called Boots Online, which
as far as I know is the online distribution part of a company which sells,
well, boots. They seem to have found a market niche selling a brand called
RM Williams boots, which are a bit of an Australian icon.

The point being, these guys have gone from being a local shopfront
distributor to a pretty huge operation, just by being on the Net at the
right time with the right product. I don't have much more info than that -
no I'm not involved with the company!, but I suggest you have a bit of a
look at their page located at http://www.bootsonline.com.au .
