The Internet Link Exchange does not offer payment of
any kind -- they merely provide an exchange of ad
displays. There is a directory of thousands of ILE
web sites at http://www.surfpoint.com/ and you can
communicate with ILE webmasters via the ILE
"le.discuss" newsgroup at
news://news.linkexchange.com/le.discuss

I have been "paid" as promised by ILE in the form
of exchange advertisements; you can see my current
statistics at http://cgi.linkexchange.com/cgi-bin/pubstats.exe?X963477
