Computer companies' media buyers

I'm looking for a listing of Computer companies' media buyers.

I figure the best way to attract advertising dollars to my site, is
by going directly to the source of those funds, the media buyer.
Since this is my assumption, I need to access this information.

I have found a source in the Library, but it doesn't have any E-mail
addresses, which would seem a more appropriate way to contact the
person than traditional snail mail.

Any ideas?
