If you are opposed to web ads based on the activity at the advertiser's
site, copy this sentence in you post and explain why.

As all of us know, the customer will not click that banner except after
repeated impressions (6 or 7 times at least). So, each impression builds
up to the final click, which obviously most probably will come from
another site. You may argue that according to the law of probability,
this also equalizes the site's chance to get a click, which may be
right. I simply prefer to deal with this as number of impressions not
clickthroughs and not activity.

My 2 cents worth.
