I don't feel any threat. Certainly no more than I would knowing that Ford
owns a chunk of Mazda. Further, watching how bad Softbank is at this stuff,
I would worry more about their collapsing under their oen weight than I would
global domination.
Any enterprising outfit could take on Softbank and do well. In niche,
perhaps, but they could do it. BTW, does anyone know how well COMDEX and CES
have done over the past few years?
