One interesting and multi-lingual attempt is the Interlotto/Red Cross
Plus Lotto.
Question is will the politicians shut out this type of WWW concept. They
have done a lot with this site in terms of dealing with a world wide
audience. Try http://www.pluslotto.com You will need Chinese or Japanese
software to see the site in those languages.
