As a dedicated lurker, I have received great advise from this group over
the last few months. Now I need some real help with a question I have never
seen addressed anywhere, on any discussion group.

I have submitted this question to several discussion groups, including
this one, and have received absolutely no feedback. I will try again as I
truly need some advice.

My company has been contracted to provide a live Webcast of a local
festival this fall. There will be a variety of events broadcast as well as
local tourism videos over a six hour period.

I have plenty of information about banner ads. But there is opportunity
here for the sale of video commercial time and I simply do not know how to
set the rates. This is especially difficult as there is no proven traffic
record. We are also designing the Web site which will be ready 2 months
before the event. I would appreciate your suggestions. What do I charge for
video commercial time? $500/minute? $1000/minute? $1.75? :^)
