Never sold video commercial space, but it strikes me that with no
traffic record to speak of, a per minute rate would be a tough sell.
A flat fee "co-sponsor" package might work for you, with sponsors
receiving mention in print, broadcast and online promotion prior to
the event. Specify the length of video in ranges (30 to 60 seconds,
etc.), and price out the co-sponsor packages in steps.
