Unfortunately, you are dead right. IE actually caches cgi-generated
pages without updating them with the next user call. You run into that
problem if the user has checked the 'advanced' option to verify
documents only once per session (which is the default for Navigator, i
don't remember if it was the default for IE). Take my bet that IE
doesn't cache dynamically generated 'asp'-Files, which are avialable
with Microsoft's webserver IIS. One more lesson about MS's relations to
Internet standards.
