Actually, I'm using MSIE 3 for Windows 95, set to check for new versions
just once per session, and it still sends new requests to my home page at
http://www.gardenweb.com. This home page is generated by an nph cgi file.
There are four slightly different pages (the order of the lists changes),
they rotate every 15 seconds. Load that page, wait 15 seconds and hit
refresh. It works if you follow a link to the page too.
About 40% of my readers use MSIE and my site is VERY dependant on cgi
generated pages. If MSIE weren't dealing with theses properly, I would be
getting even more email, a lot more. ;-)
