My client is planning to move one of its stores to a local mall. As part of
the leasing agreement, the company has to advertise a certain amount. Other
companies have considered internet advertising as applicable in fufilling
this commitment. The leasing company wants to get a certain percentage of
the sales generated from the internet as it does from the walk-in traffic
at the mall store. Does anyone have any information about this issue?
